Control Center

Go Live privacy: setup can test the camera. After setup, agent cameras and live listening stay off until you press Go Live. Use Mac Recorder 1.5.9 or Windows Recorder 1.5.10. Go Live starts OFF each time Control Center launches.

Install this on the host computer to run the control room, host agents on your network, and listen in live. One machine runs it — everyone else just opens the link.

Set it up (5 minutes)

  1. Open the download. It unzips to Ultimate Agent Control Center — drag that into your Applications folder and open it. It starts the control room automatically.
  2. Choose where recordings save. In the menu bar: File → Choose Recordings Folder… and point it at an external drive (recommended for events).
  3. Share the room link. File → Copy Link for Mentors — anyone on the same Wi-Fi can open it to watch and listen. No install for them.
  4. Agents connect by installing the Ultimate Agent recorder and entering the address this app shows. Then you can start, stop, and monitor them all from the control room.
  5. Sales review. Use the compact table, search, day/status filters and pagination. The notification bell shows pending reviews, help requests and device problems. Open Review to type APV directly, reject either or both matching submissions, or merge selected sales with a final APV you enter. Choose which agent keeps the single credit; original records and evidence remain available.
  6. Elimination tool. Choose File → Open Elimination Tool or share File → Copy Elimination Link. It shows the bottom 50%, including $0 APV, ordered from lowest to highest APV.

Mac and everyone’s devices must be on the same Wi-Fi / network.
This is the host app. Agents download the recorder separately.
